This page explains what personal information Rampax AI collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read rather than skimmed past.
Only two things.
There is no account system, no login, and no requirement to provide a name.
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. You are not profiled, fingerprinted, or followed across other websites.
As with any website, the web server records standard request logs — IP address, browser type, page requested, and time. These are used to keep the site running and to identify abuse. They are not linked to subscribers and are not used to build a profile of you.
To send you the Rampax AI newsletter, and nothing else. It is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with advertisers, sponsors, or anyone appearing in the directory.
Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email info@rampaxai.com and ask to be removed, and it will be done without a reply asking why.
Running a website means relying on other companies. These are the ones that may process information relating to you:
Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data it handles. When a newsletter provider is added, this list will be updated before any sending begins.
Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted, at which point it is removed. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
Wherever you live, you can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@rampaxai.com and it will be handled.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal basis for sending you the newsletter is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. If you are in California, Rampax AI does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
Rampax AI earns money from sponsorships, paid directory listings, and affiliate links. Any paid placement will be labelled as such. Advertisers receive audience numbers only — never subscriber email addresses or individual data.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is handled, the date at the top will be updated and subscribers will be told in the newsletter before the change takes effect.
